Since I was very young I have been passionate about competitive sports and physical activity. I like to work motivating people to make exercise and fitness part of a healthy lifestyle. I am qualified as a physical education teacher, personal trainer, life coach and guided classes.
For over twenty years I have worked as a fitness instructor and have led circuit, boxfit, step aerobics classes, including Latin dance classes in different gyms in the UK, and more recently on the Costa Blanca. I especially like working as part of a team.
