BoxFit is a full-body workout to tone and improve the cardiovascular system. The explosive movements required in this class work the body aerobically while also developing its fast twitch fibers by building and toning muscles. Our BoxFit class follows the methods used in boxing as closely as possible while ensuring maximum safety and exercise benefit for our users.
It has been designed to incorporate active contact without physical contact.
